Subject: Keen illustrations, a mountain of needlework data
I was so surprised to find this copy of Dillmont's Encyclopedia. It is truly a marvelous resource for my purposes around the house in my old age.
It starts plain enough, simply picking up a needle to sew. I found the charts helpful. I was reminded how much information our Society has produced, so little of it we can find is as helpful to the home crafter as this one is, and for free here on Internet Archive.
I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it.
May your fingers dance across the fabric, both of cloth and the lives of those you meet.
Peace to you.
-a proud supporter and user for two decades.
